This policy explains what we do with the information you send us, in plain words.
Who we are

What we collect
- About you: name, email, phone, brokerage, market, and the sample messages you give us.
- Your contact list: the names, phone numbers, emails, addresses and notes in the file you upload.
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
- Website use: basic analytics and the Meta Pixel, to see which ads work.
Why we use it
Only to deliver what you ordered: clean your list, look up public home records, rank who may move, draft your messages, and send you your results. We also use your details to contact you about your order.
We work for you. Your contact list is your data. We act as your service provider and only follow your instructions.
What we never do
- We never sell or rent your list.
- We never contact the people on your list.
- We never use your list for our own marketing.
- We never let your list be used to train AI models.
- We never use your list for credit, insurance, employment or tenant decisions.

Each provider only gets what it needs for its part of the job.
How long we keep it
- Your contact list and results: deleted 30 days after delivery. Download your files before then.
- Free Sold Again Check: deleted 30 days after we send your results.
- Order and payment records: kept as long as the law requires for accounting.
Want it deleted sooner? Email us and we will delete it within 7 days.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it. People on your list can also contact us, and we will delete their details. Email jakub@realbrand.cz.
Security
Files are sent over encrypted connections, stored only in the services above, and opened only by our team to do your order.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Big changes will be emailed to active customers.
