Terms of Service

These terms are between you and RealBrand Consulting s.r.o. (Prague, Czech Republic, Company ID 23235608) — “we”. By uploading your list or paying, you agree to them.
1. What you get
SphereRadar: a ranked list of people in your contacts who may move, a draft message for each, a 12-week plan, a Sold Again Report, reply scripts, a cleaned contact file and referral messages. Delivered within 24 hours after payment.
2. Price
- $500 for up to 500 contacts, plus $200 for each extra 500.
- We count real contacts after removing duplicates and businesses, and tell you the exact price before you pay.
- One-time fee. No subscription.
3. The 20-Person Promise (refund)
For every 500 contacts, we will find at least 20 people who own the home we matched to them (address checked) and have owned it 5+ years or have seen its value rise 30% or more since purchase. If we don’t, we refund your full payment within 14 days of delivery. You keep the cleaned contact file.
We will deliver your results within 24 hours after payment. If we deliver late, we refund your full payment within 14 days, and you still receive your results.
The promise applies to CRM or spreadsheet exports where at least half the contacts include an address. For other lists we tell you what to expect before you pay, and the promise does not apply.
4. What we don’t promise
We can’t promise that anyone will move, reply, list or buy. Rankings are estimates based on public records and your notes. Value estimates come from automated models, are not appraisals, and are not to be shared with homeowners as a valuation.
5. Your responsibilities
- You only upload contacts you have a real relationship with and have the right to share.
- You have checked that your brokerage allows sharing client contacts with a service provider.
- You send every message yourself and follow the law, including the TCPA, state texting laws and Do Not Call rules: text only people you know, one at a time; stop when someone asks you to.
- You review every message before sending. You are responsible for what you send.
6. Your data
Your list stays yours. We use it only to do your order, as described in our Privacy Policy, and delete it 30 days after delivery.
7. Free Sold Again Check
Free, with no obligation. It shows which addresses on your past-client list show a newer recorded sale. Public records show a sale, not who represented the buyer or seller.
8. Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order. We are not liable for lost deals or indirect losses.
