How do I export my contacts?
- iPhone: on a computer, go to iCloud.com and open Contacts. Select all, then choose Export vCard.
- Gmail: open contacts.google.com, click Export, and pick Google CSV.
- Your CRM (Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Lofty and others): open your full contact list, select everyone, and look for Export. Pick CSV.
- Excel file? Open it, then choose File, Save As, and pick CSV.

Do you see my contacts?
No. The check runs in your browser with code on this page, and your file is never uploaded. You can even turn off your internet after the page loads and it still works. If you ask for the PDF, we get only your name, email and the counts from your check.
Why is my score low?
Most lists score low on addresses. Addresses count the most, because a saved address is how you know who owns a home and how long they've been there.
It found no home anniversaries. Why?
Your file needs a column with closing or purchase dates, like "Closing Date" or "Home Anniversary". Many CRMs have this field. Phone and Gmail exports usually don't.
What counts as a "business" or an "agent, lender or vendor"?
Names like "Smith Plumbing LLC", emails from big brokerages and lenders, and contacts tagged as vendors or lenders. They stay in your clean file, marked and moved to the bottom, so you decide what to do with them.
